At the End of Your Tenancy
Keys must be returned to our offices on or before the day vacating the property together with a forwarding address. Failure to returning keys will result in a continuing liability for rent. At the end of the tenancy we will carry out an inspection to check the inventory and schedule of condition. Any damages in respect of these two items will be deducted from your deposit and will be shown on you final statement for the property. You must notify the utility companies of your forthcoming departure so that they can arrange to read the metres and forward your final accounts for these to your new address. |
